By Bye Branson
We left Branson yesterday with some wonderful memories. Since we were unable to get a rental car until Monday, we just strolled Branson Landing and Historic Branson. Did some shopping, got some ice cream and then took a shuttle to the Broadway Show-a great variety of songs and dance numbers from many known and not-so-know productions. It was terrific! Monday, free at last with a rental car, we did all the things that we needed a car for-the Butterfly House, the Winery, going to two stamping/scrapbook stores, a Sonic burger and shake, the local chocolate shop....home for dinner then out to an Elvis Experience! Tony Roi was fun in his white jump suit and gyrating hips-and did a good job with some of The Kings songs-both lesser and well known ones. Tuesday was spent driving from Branson to St. Louis (actually Eureka, MO). A wonderful friend, Rose Ingraham, came to the RV and went out to dinner with us. We're looking forward to seeing more of her and her husband Ray. Too bad THEY have to work for a living!
